Excellent service on my 2020 Buick Encore. Service Rep Tracey went above and beyond to get all my work done on my car and got it mostly all covered under my extended warranty with Carvanna. I ended up just paying a $100 deductible and shop materials.

We were on vacation in Surfside Beach and my wife hit a curb and popped her tire and scrapped her rim. Being in the auto industry, I quickly called Beach B-G. Spoke with Tracey and then Dave. They immediately sent a tow truck out, brought our car in for service and had us back on the road the next day. Tracey and Dave were extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for us. We can’t thank the Beach service team enough for all that did for our family! I took my GMC for an oil change, I was able to make an appointment quickly. Tracey was awesome to work with, she saw my car was filthy from parking it at the state park. When I went to leave I noticed she had it cleaned, it was a pleasant surprise. Dealerships like this are not prevalent where I live.
