I took my GMC for an oil change, I was able to make an appointment quickly. Tracey was awesome to work with, she saw my car was filthy from parking it at the state park. When I went to leave I noticed she had it cleaned, it was a pleasant surprise. Dealerships like this are not prevalent where I live.

We were on vacation in Surfside Beach and my wife hit a curb and popped her tire and scrapped her rim. Being in the auto industry, I quickly called Beach B-G. Spoke with Tracey and then Dave. They immediately sent a tow truck out, brought our car in for service and had us back on the road the next day. Tracey and Dave were extremely professional, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for us. We can’t thank the Beach service team enough for all that did for our family!
