Bought a beautiful 2024 chevy equinox from them. It did have slight damage that was not reported and no one noticed it until after we bought it. But they were willing to fix it and make it right and they did. You'd never know by looking at it that the paint was ever chipped. Very nice people to deal with. The first two times I went in the dealership they weren’t the best but when I went in the 3 rd time I explained what happened to Nick Rahner and he apologized and told me he would take really good care of me. And I can say that’s exactly what he did and beyond his words he did in actions. I told him what I was looking for as far as options and he listened. It was really hot outside and he still took me around the whole lot including their stock in the lot next to the dealership. Every car he thought I would like according to what I was looking for he moved other vehicles to get it out so I could drive it. But they still didn’t have what I was wanting so he got on his computer and found one they just got in and it was GMC Sierra Denali it had so much more then what I could ever imagine. And the dealership stayed opened an hour later just so I could drive my vehicle home that night. Nick Rahner was my salesman he and the Internet Acquisitions gentleman went above and beyond thier work hours to make a deal for me. Texting me on thier personal time and working a deal from a phone call. Coming in early to for work to get special requests done for my new truck closing. No pressure from anyone at the dealership to do or add on anything from the first phone call to the last paper signed. Also Nick has continued to work with me after the sale just to help me get service dept add ons to my new truck at my requests. He has yet to forward me to someone else in a different dept for an answer. He actually ordered the parts I wanted from service and called me to let me know they were in and ready to install whenever I had time.
