If want excellent service, Beach GMC in Myrtle is outstanding. The service department is one of the best I have ever used. From Kate at the service desk to the techs in the bays, like Matt, you can not find a better place. They don't just pull parts and replace until it fixes it. They do it the old fashion way and actually find the problem and fix it. Thank you BEACH GMC !

Had my first visit to Beach GMC to service my 2024 Acadia. Kate did a great job checking me in and keeping me updated as to the status on my car. The service tech worked out the issue with the check engine light and resolved it. Will definitely return for my next service point.

I was in travels about 3 hours from home and called Beach GMC as my engine light came on in my 2024 GMC Sierra SLT. The associate I talked to understood the urgency and got me in same day and fixed a software issue and ordered a part that got replaced the following week. Since Beach GMC is close to the town I live in, it was super easy and I am completely satisfied. Kate checked me in and was super to work with on both visits. Awesome service!

3/27/2024: I just have to give credit to new Service Advisor Kate Terrones. She listened to me describe the annoying transmission-like noise when I drive even after I replaced my Michelin tires (as was previously suggested) with a different Michelin style. She and her mechanic diagnosed the problem as worn front axle hubs. Kate worked with my auto warranty company to cover everything but my $250 deductible. My car was fixed while I waited, and to my delight…no more annoying noise! Thank you Kate for solving this mystery without blaming my tire design/brand like others had done previously.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2023: Had a great experience with Service Advisor Max Moncure! He clearly explained the issue with the front axles on my 2016 Cadillac SRX and worked with my auto warranty company to get about 2/3 of the repair costs covered.
