Had a great experience there, I needed an oil change and also wanted to see about my rear air conditioning not working on my 2017 Buick envision I had left the paper for my extended warranty on the passenger side seat, they took the initiative to call the warranty company and see if the job was covered for the fix of the rear air thank goodness they did, the job was $2800.00 I only had to pay my $200 deductible. The job was done in a timely manner. I will go to them for all my needs on my Buick.

I live in Myrtle Beach but have Va based business, which is where we buy our GMC vehicles. I have to say I have brought 2 of my trucks there while under warranty and you guys did an outstanding job taking care of me and my needs. You treat me as if I bought them at your place. Dealership was accommodating to schedule me in quickly. Service people were very pleasant and professional. After diagnosing problem, part was available and replacement was done without another appointment. After investigating extended warranty, I was able to use that coverage for some of the cost. Kudos to Tracey for the extra effort with the paperwork. It was greatly appreciated.

When I was greeted at the service center I felt reassured my truck would be fixed. I was impressed when Tracy took the scanner to my truck, printed out what was wrong and scheduled service, having Woodrow drive me back and forth was a bonus. It was nice to see a friendly and well organized dealership, I had my truck fixed and returned quickly. Very pleased.

I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.

Very friendly staff! I was very pleased that the team would service my vehicle on a recall that was years old. The recall service was handled within a week which felt reasonable to me given how old my vehicles is. Beyond that I asked Tracy if it was possible to have a new climate control piece installed and she looked high and low to find what I needed. Although it didn't work out in the end I appreciated the effort. If I had to bring one thing to light it would be that I wished I had been updated/contacted more promptly, even if by text or email. It felt like I was in the dark for much of the weeks my car was there. I'm understanding of how this happens though when the workplace is overwhelmed by business and/or understaffed so it didn't take away from my rating in this survey.

We were traveling from Georgia back home to Pennsylvania. At some point, the check engine light came on. When we had it checked, it was a serious problem. Tracy got us in that day & started working on the truck. We were given a loaner car so we could still visit our family. The truck was done early the next morning. We had an incredible experience considering it could have been devastating. Thank you for treating tourists as family!!

Thank you to Hyatt GMC service dept. I had problems with my brakes when I got to town. Arrived late Thursday night and called them on Friday morning.. They setup an appointment for Monday at 10am. The part was under warranty and they completed the repair in 2 hours. My local GMC dealer would have taken all day to make that repair.

I Purchased a 2017 Acadia in January 2018. It had been used as a loaner for the year it was in service. When I purchased the vehicle I was told by the general manager and the finance manager that I would be getting the full 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. I even signed a document to that effect. I was so pleased with my Acadia I went home filed away the paperwork and Didn't think another thing about it. Fast forward two years, arranging a service appointment it was noted by the service advisor that my warranty had expired. I immediately went to my files and sure enough the document I had signed telling me I would be getting the full three years was missing. I'm guessing it had been removed from my packet at some point while they were preparing it. I immediately called Hyatt and demanded to speak with the manager getting more angry by the second . I rattled on and ranted telling my story to the general manager, Mr Will Taylor. When I finally ran out of steam he said to me in a very calm and collected voice Mr Gruber I totally agree with you. I am the new manager and quite honestly the previous crew had done some shaky things. You come in tomorrow and I will have paper work for you to sign giving you a 2 year extended warranty for free. HUH I went in signed the paperwork apologized for my rant, and received my free 2 year extended warranty. I had to use that extended warranty this past week and I really still cannot thank Mr Taylor and Hyatt Buick enough. They have a customer for life.

We had such an amazing experience with Beach Buick GMC, and we truly can’t thank them enough for helping our family! We worked with Nick Rahner, and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came in with a pretty complicated situation, a camper we wanted to trade, a broken-down truck that had been sitting for months after the engine blew, and a baby arriving in just ONE week. On top of that, my husband is a firefighter, so our schedules have been absolutely crazy. Nick was so patient, understanding, and genuinely worked with us to figure out a solution that made sense for our family. He helped us navigate trading both the camper and the broken-down truck and get into a reliable, working truck that fit within our price range. We never felt pressured, and it really felt like he cared about helping us find something that actually worked for us rather than just making a sale. Evan in finance was also awesome! He worked hard to get everything where we needed it to be financially and made the whole process as smooth as possible. We left feeling so relieved and grateful. With our baby girl arriving any day now, having a reliable second vehicle means so much to our family. We are from Ohio down on vacation. Decided to buy a new truck. Liza showed us a few trucks and we picked one out. The process didn't take all day. Great experience. Liza explained all features of truck and was knowledgeable. The team did great. Even brought us a loaner car a day or 2 later to the campsite so they could do their inspections so we could enjoy our vacation. Great experience. Never had a dealership that was prompt and kept their word on what they would do. Liza and the whole team was great. Best experience ever. Drove truck home back to Ohio pulling 6000 lbs and was all 👍. I would do business with them again.

I brought my uncle to Beach GMC today to look at an SUV, and we ended up leaving with a brand-new 2027 GMC Terrain Elevation! The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. What a great team here these guys are excellent I worked with Sam excellent guy was able to purchase a new car from test drive to driving home within an hour and half. These guys here work with you to ensure a smooth journey and transition to your new vehicle and are very transparent with the entire process to fully explain everything needed to know. I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. I inquired about my appointment and he said just come back at 11:00 and we will get you right in. Bought a new 2026 GMC Terrain on May 26 and everyone was amazing. Zach treated us with respect and worked hard on meeting our price.

Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. Beach Buick GMC is the best around BY FAR! I have known Ms. Terry in the parts department for decades so when it was time for a new car, she got me in contact with Tyler on the sales team. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. He offered fantastic options based on my vision for wheels, exterior look, etc. they quickly ordered the accessories and the vehicle was ready to pick up in two business weeks. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Only to find out that the cord I was using was incorrect. All better now!! On top of that he put a new battery in my remote! So I was set! Thank you Tyler for helping me. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
