I was in town only for a few days, celebrating my birthday. I was having mechanical issues with my Chevy Silverado. Brought my truck to this dealership and they did a wonderful job, they even provided me with a rental car to enjoy Myrtle Beach while I wait on my truck to be repaired (no one does that anymore), which was awesome and saved my birthday. I appreciate the time and professionalism from this dealership, I will definitely be coming back to buy my next truck. Max did an awesome job (it was his birthday too!! A thousand thank yous!!!

Diagnostic done on my terrain that kept stalling on me was far less than I thought it would be! Tracy also patiently explained what was wrong and sent me home with a loaner until repaired the next day. I was thrilled!

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase. After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around. When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner. The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue. Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns. I appreciate the customer service.

Jacob and Mark did an excellent job of getting everything taken care of from the paperwork to the financing part. Got there at 2 pm, and left at 4 pm to take my new truck home. Fastest buying experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others.

Drew was great! We weren’t supposed to make a decision on a vehicle that day. We had been to several dealerships, but dealing with Drew and Mark, and the quality and value of the GMC we purchased, made it a no-brainer. The guys even stayed 2 hours after quitting time to make sure we got our SUV, and were set up with Onstar! We love our new GMC Acadia!

Made appointment for oil change online and it was quick and easy, with convenient times available. Well there, service advisor pointed out need to change filters and showed me the filters and just how filthy they were. Have leased from this dealership since moving here, and will continue when lease is up again next year. Everyone very professional.

After 2 wks of being mislead, ignored, disrespected and vehicle of choice sold to another customer by another dealership, l happen to fall upon Beach Buick GMC of Myrtle Beach SC. After reading several reviews I had no doubt Mr. Brandon Vaughn was the sales professional to assist us. Brandon DID NOT disappoint!! He was very attentive, accommodating, patient, respectful and without a doubt honest and caring about meeting the need of my nephew a 1st time buyer. He also took the time to counsel my nephew on the importance of building credit moving forward. I took my GMC for an oil change, I was able to make an appointment quickly. Tracey was awesome to work with, she saw my car was filthy from parking it at the state park. When I went to leave I noticed she had it cleaned, it was a pleasant surprise. Dealerships like this are not prevalent where I live.

While driving to Myrtle Beach from PA on Easter weekend our windshield wipers quit working during a torrential downpour on I-95. Max was able to get the part ordered on Good Friday and had our car fixed by Monday at 10 am to send us on our way back home. He was awesome to work with, even hooked us up with a car for the weekend! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure our weekend wasn't ruined!

When I tell you Brandon Vaughn is an AMAZING salesman, I mean that whole-heartedly. For the past few weeks, I’ve been assisting my father in finding him a another truck. The transmission in his 1998 Dodge Dakota decided the kick the bucket and I couldn’t have him be stranded. Booked an appointment with Beach GMC and met the most personable and knowledgeable salesman that made my dad and I so comfortable and confident. We didn’t leave the lot the same day with a truck due to time, however, Mr. Vaughn brought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma, to our neighborhood, so that my father could test ride it in the comfort of his familiar surroundings, the very next day. I didn’t even know dealerships could do that, but Mr. Vaughn made it happen. My father LOVES this truck and we’re so happy to have chosen Beach GMC.

Great experience. All staff were polite and professional. Traci was informative and took the time to address my concerns. I needed transport to return my rental when repairs were finished. The shuttle driver was personable and patient; not to mention a good driver. I feel that all communication was transparent, and for the most part timely. I would absolutely recommend the Beach Buick Service Center for GMC/Buick needs. My vehicle broke down while taking a Myrtle Beach getaway. I wasn’t pushed to purchase a vehicle that I didn’t want. My salesman worked patiently with me for hours and answered all my questions regarding each one. We test drove a few. He was very knowledgeable. When I finally made my decision (which I wasn’t sure I would decide the same day) He worked with me to get the deal done. His manager also helped to complete the financial side. I knew what I did and did not want in a vehicle and the staff made the experience a very good one. We had such an amazing experience with Beach Buick GMC, and we truly can’t thank them enough for helping our family! We worked with Nick Rahner, and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came in with a pretty complicated situation, a camper we wanted to trade, a broken-down truck that had been sitting for months after the engine blew, and a baby arriving in just ONE week. On top of that, my husband is a firefighter, so our schedules have been absolutely crazy. Nick was so patient, understanding, and genuinely worked with us to figure out a solution that made sense for our family. He helped us navigate trading both the camper and the broken-down truck and get into a reliable, working truck that fit within our price range. We never felt pressured, and it really felt like he cared about helping us find something that actually worked for us rather than just making a sale. Evan in finance was also awesome! He worked hard to get everything where we needed it to be financially and made the whole process as smooth as possible. We left feeling so relieved and grateful. With our baby girl arriving any day now, having a reliable second vehicle means so much to our family. Do not let Liza’s Young age Her customer service skills, and approachability are outstanding. I hope she continues to succeed in this field. We are from Ohio down on vacation. Decided to buy a new truck. Liza showed us a few trucks and we picked one out. The process didn't take all day. Great experience. Liza explained all features of truck and was knowledgeable. The team did great. Even brought us a loaner car a day or 2 later to the campsite so they could do their inspections so we could enjoy our vacation. Great experience. Never had a dealership that was prompt and kept their word on what they would do. Liza and the whole team was great. Best experience ever. Drove truck home back to Ohio pulling 6000 lbs and was all 👍. I would do business with them again.

What a great team here these guys are excellent I worked with Sam excellent guy was able to purchase a new car from test drive to driving home within an hour and half. I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. I inquired about my appointment and he said just come back at 11:00 and we will get you right in. Bought a new 2026 GMC Terrain on May 26 and everyone was amazing. From there, the customization process was seamless. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
