Made appointment for oil change online and it was quick and easy, with convenient times available. Well there, service advisor pointed out need to change filters and showed me the filters and just how filthy they were. Have leased from this dealership since moving here, and will continue when lease is up again next year. Everyone very professional.

After 2 wks of being mislead, ignored, disrespected and vehicle of choice sold to another customer by another dealership, l happen to fall upon Beach Buick GMC of Myrtle Beach SC. After reading several reviews I had no doubt Mr. Brandon Vaughn was the sales professional to assist us. Brandon DID NOT disappoint!! He was very attentive, accommodating, patient, respectful and without a doubt honest and caring about meeting the need of my nephew a 1st time buyer. He also took the time to counsel my nephew on the importance of building credit moving forward. We finally abandoned all hopes of working with the previous dealership feeling de-valued and thanked God for directing our steps to the most positive interaction with a gentleman who saw us 1st as human beings deserving time, attention, patience, respect and left feeling valued as customers. I took my GMC for an oil change, I was able to make an appointment quickly. Tracey was awesome to work with, she saw my car was filthy from parking it at the state park. When I went to leave I noticed she had it cleaned, it was a pleasant surprise. Dealerships like this are not prevalent where I live.

While driving to Myrtle Beach from PA on Easter weekend our windshield wipers quit working during a torrential downpour on I-95. Max was able to get the part ordered on Good Friday and had our car fixed by Monday at 10 am to send us on our way back home. He was awesome to work with, even hooked us up with a car for the weekend! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure our weekend wasn't ruined!

When I tell you Brandon Vaughn is an AMAZING salesman, I mean that whole-heartedly. For the past few weeks, I’ve been assisting my father in finding him a another truck. The transmission in his 1998 Dodge Dakota decided the kick the bucket and I couldn’t have him be stranded. Booked an appointment with Beach GMC and met the most personable and knowledgeable salesman that made my dad and I so comfortable and confident. We didn’t leave the lot the same day with a truck due to time, however, Mr. Vaughn brought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma, to our neighborhood, so that my father could test ride it in the comfort of his familiar surroundings, the very next day. I didn’t even know dealerships could do that, but Mr. Vaughn made it happen. My father LOVES this truck and we’re so happy to have chosen Beach GMC.

Great experience. All staff were polite and professional. Traci was informative and took the time to address my concerns. I needed transport to return my rental when repairs were finished. The shuttle driver was personable and patient; not to mention a good driver. I feel that all communication was transparent, and for the most part timely. I would absolutely recommend the Beach Buick Service Center for GMC/Buick needs. My vehicle broke down while taking a Myrtle Beach getaway. If I lived in the surrounding area, I would highly consider using Beach Buick.

I could not be happier with my experience at Beach Buick GMC (on the frontage road in Myrtle Beach) from walking in the door till my purchase was complete. Bryant Morales my sales guy is so nice, polite and professional. I wasn’t rushed, he answered all my questions. Everyone I worked with Bryant, Cliff and Chris (sales, GM and finance) were great. Took my 2019 GMC pickup to get serviced, dropped it off at the dealer 1pm. The service manager said it would be completed shortly. The dealer contacted me at 2;15 and said the truck was completed. All went well and I will come back to this dealer again. Thank You

I wasn’t pushed to purchase a vehicle that I didn’t want. My salesman worked patiently with me for hours and answered all my questions regarding each one. We test drove a few. He was very knowledgeable. When I finally made my decision (which I wasn’t sure I would decide the same day) He worked with me to get the deal done. His manager also helped to complete the financial side. I knew what I did and did not want in a vehicle and the staff made the experience a very good one. Had a great experience there, I needed an oil change and also wanted to see about my rear air conditioning not working on my 2017 Buick envision I had left the paper for my extended warranty on the passenger side seat, they took the initiative to call the warranty company and see if the job was covered for the fix of the rear air thank goodness they did, the job was $2800.00 I only had to pay my $200 deductible. The job was done in a timely manner. I will go to them for all my needs on my Buick.

Dealership was accommodating to schedule me in quickly. Service people were very pleasant and professional. After diagnosing problem, part was available and replacement was done without another appointment. After investigating extended warranty, I was able to use that coverage for some of the cost. Kudos to Tracey for the extra effort with the paperwork. It was greatly appreciated.

When I was greeted at the service center I felt reassured my truck would be fixed. I was impressed when Tracy took the scanner to my truck, printed out what was wrong and scheduled service, having Woodrow drive me back and forth was a bonus. It was nice to see a friendly and well organized dealership, I had my truck fixed and returned quickly. Very pleased.

I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.

What a great team here these guys are excellent I worked with Sam excellent guy was able to purchase a new car from test drive to driving home within an hour and half. These guys here work with you to ensure a smooth journey and transition to your new vehicle and are very transparent with the entire process to fully explain everything needed to know. I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
