I had no idea buying a car could be such a great experience. Bradley worked hard to find what we were looking for, and Tyler was the best sales person I’ve ever worked with. I just wanted to take a quick minute and say thank you!! I went to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet to have my Silverado 3500 dually serviced, after waiting two weeks for my appointment when I showed up the woman at the desk just looked at me and said “oh we can’t service a dually, sorry” and walked away. So I stopped in to Beach GMC service where I had the pleasure of meeting Max, I told him my story and that I’m also here for 3 months and asked if he could help. He said “ of course we can and will”. Appointment was and I returned this morning and greeted by Max like I’ve worked with him for years. My service was completed on time, while I waited, even with a couple additional items that needed to be done. This is definitely my new service department when I’m in the area and I would highly recommend them!!! Thank you again!!!

Went to Beach intending to look at trucks. Our sales man Rich explained the features that we were interested in. We ended up getting a great deal on a new Sierra Denali and took it home that day. Today we bought a beautiful 2024 Buick Enclave from Zane at Beaches Buick GMC. First of all,there was no pressure sales,nothing forced on me above my price,just easy,friendly car sales. I couldn't believe how easy it was to buy a car for exactly what I wanted to pay. The whole process was vey easy,I was in and out in a little over 2 hours. This dealership is like no other! Excellent customer service all around! Dante was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy when selecting a vehicle. We got exactly what we wanted! And when I needed major repairs on another (that wasn’t purchased from there), Max in service was precise with estimate and time to complete, very friendly. Highly recommend Beach Buick GMC!! I’ve never had a quicker car buying process and this was on a Saturday. I was in town only for a few days, celebrating my birthday. I was having mechanical issues with my Chevy Silverado. Brought my truck to this dealership and they did a wonderful job, they even provided me with a rental car to enjoy Myrtle Beach while I wait on my truck to be repaired (no one does that anymore), which was awesome and saved my birthday. I appreciate the time and professionalism from this dealership, I will definitely be coming back to buy my next truck. Max did an awesome job (it was his birthday too!! A thousand thank yous!!!

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase. After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around. When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner. The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue. Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns. I appreciate the customer service.

Drew was great! We weren’t supposed to make a decision on a vehicle that day. Well there, service advisor pointed out need to change filters and showed me the filters and just how filthy they were. After 2 wks of being mislead, ignored, disrespected and vehicle of choice sold to another customer by another dealership, l happen to fall upon Beach Buick GMC of Myrtle Beach SC. After reading several reviews I had no doubt Mr. Brandon Vaughn was the sales professional to assist us. Brandon DID NOT disappoint!! I took my GMC for an oil change, I was able to make an appointment quickly. Tracey was awesome to work with, she saw my car was filthy from parking it at the state park. When I went to leave I noticed she had it cleaned, it was a pleasant surprise. Dealerships like this are not prevalent where I live.

While driving to Myrtle Beach from PA on Easter weekend our windshield wipers quit working during a torrential downpour on I-95. Max was able to get the part ordered on Good Friday and had our car fixed by Monday at 10 am to send us on our way back home. He was awesome to work with, even hooked us up with a car for the weekend! He definitely went above and beyond to make sure our weekend wasn't ruined!

When I tell you Brandon Vaughn is an AMAZING salesman, I mean that whole-heartedly. For the past few weeks, I’ve been assisting my father in finding him a another truck. The transmission in his 1998 Dodge Dakota decided the kick the bucket and I couldn’t have him be stranded. Booked an appointment with Beach GMC and met the most personable and knowledgeable salesman that made my dad and I so comfortable and confident. We didn’t leave the lot the same day with a truck due to time, however, Mr. Vaughn brought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma, to our neighborhood, so that my father could test ride it in the comfort of his familiar surroundings, the very next day. I didn’t even know dealerships could do that, but Mr. Vaughn made it happen. My father LOVES this truck and we’re so happy to have chosen Beach GMC.

Great experience. All staff were polite and professional. Traci was informative and took the time to address my concerns. I needed transport to return my rental when repairs were finished. The shuttle driver was personable and patient; not to mention a good driver. I feel that all communication was transparent, and for the most part timely. I would absolutely recommend the Beach Buick Service Center for GMC/Buick needs. My vehicle broke down while taking a Myrtle Beach getaway. If I lived in the surrounding area, I would highly consider using Beach Buick.

Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. Also, a big shoutout to sales manager Matt Johnson for helping us as well — great guy! Ron was personable, professional, and made this probably the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Beach Buick GMC is the best around BY FAR! I have known Ms. Terry in the parts department for decades so when it was time for a new car, she got me in contact with Tyler on the sales team. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. He offered fantastic options based on my vision for wheels, exterior look, etc. they quickly ordered the accessories and the vehicle was ready to pick up in two business weeks. They offered me an extremely fair amount on my trade-in vehicle and Tyler‘s communication and attention to detail is unmatched! Attaching before and after photos. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Only to find out that the cord I was using was incorrect. All better now!! On top of that he put a new battery in my remote! So I was set! Thank you Tyler for helping me. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated the whole way, which I appreciated and makes a difference when you’re not familiar with all the car lingo… He made the whole visit less stressful. Not just that but everyone in the building from start to finish was pleasant to me from the minute I checked in with service, to waiting, to Kaylee at the front desk who helped explain my bill to me! My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
