We had the pleasure of working with both Desiree Kruse and Jacob Wolff. We first met Desiree on a Friday evening just before closing, yet she still took her time walking us through the vehicle and educating us on all the technology and options it offered. The next afternoon when we returned we had a tight timeline and Desiree was already with another customer so she graciously ask if we minded doing our test drive with Jacob. Both were very pleasant, personable and professional. I would highly recommend both to friends and family.

I am an out of state vacationer. Last Friday afternoon my Cadillac started sputtering. I found Beach Buick on line close to my location. They were very busy but their service team made the time to diagnose my problem. They explained their findings, thought it was junk in gas line which was now out. They left the ticket open for the weekend and told me to come back Monday if I had any other issue. I called them Monday to let them know all seemed to be back to normal and thanked them. Special thanks to their team for being kind and caring to an out of state visitor! If I lived here they would be the dealer of choice for my vehicle needs! Thank you !!

3/27/2024: I just have to give credit to new Service Advisor Kate Terrones. She listened to me describe the annoying transmission-like noise when I drive even after I replaced my Michelin tires (as was previously suggested) with a different Michelin style. She and her mechanic diagnosed the problem as worn front axle hubs. Kate worked with my auto warranty company to cover everything but my $250 deductible. My car was fixed while I waited, and to my delight…no more annoying noise! Thank you Kate for solving this mystery without blaming my tire design/brand like others had done previously.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2023: Had a great experience with Service Advisor Max Moncure! He clearly explained the issue with the front axles on my 2016 Cadillac SRX and worked with my auto warranty company to get about 2/3 of the repair costs covered. This repair was a safety issue so I was quite pleased to get the problem resolved so quickly and easily, with my sincere thanks to Max and his GM-certified mechanic. - Mark VanValkenburg, The Bluffs on the Waterway.

Quality service here! My car was delivered and the entire deal was over the phone. Zane was respectful, cheerful and met every request with great customer service! Every person, I spoke to even the ones in finance were polite. It was a genuine, honest dealership that made a fair deal. I signed paperwork at my kitchen table delivered by a very polite driver. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Beach GMC.

I just wanted to take a quick minute and say thank you!! I went to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet to have my Silverado 3500 dually serviced, after waiting two weeks for my appointment when I showed up the woman at the desk just looked at me and said “oh we can’t service a dually, sorry” and walked away. So I stopped in to Beach GMC service where I had the pleasure of meeting Max, I told him my story and that I’m also here for 3 months and asked if he could help. He said “ of course we can and will”. Appointment was and I returned this morning and greeted by Max like I’ve worked with him for years. My service was completed on time, while I waited, even with a couple additional items that needed to be done. This is definitely my new service department when I’m in the area and I would highly recommend them!!! Thank you again!!!

Today we bought a beautiful 2024 Buick Enclave from Zane at Beaches Buick GMC. First of all,there was no pressure sales,nothing forced on me above my price,just easy,friendly car sales. I was in town only for a few days, celebrating my birthday. I was having mechanical issues with my Chevy Silverado. Brought my truck to this dealership and they did a wonderful job, they even provided me with a rental car to enjoy Myrtle Beach while I wait on my truck to be repaired (no one does that anymore), which was awesome and saved my birthday. I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase. After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around. When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner. The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue. Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns. I appreciate the customer service.

Drew was great! We weren’t supposed to make a decision on a vehicle that day. We had been to several dealerships, but dealing with Drew and Mark, and the quality and value of the GMC we purchased, made it a no-brainer. The guys even stayed 2 hours after quitting time to make sure we got our SUV, and were set up with Onstar! We love our new GMC Acadia!

What a great team here these guys are excellent I worked with Sam excellent guy was able to purchase a new car from test drive to driving home within an hour and half. These guys here work with you to ensure a smooth journey and transition to your new vehicle and are very transparent with the entire process to fully explain everything needed to know. I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. I inquired about my appointment and he said just come back at 11:00 and we will get you right in. Bought a new 2026 GMC Terrain on May 26 and everyone was amazing. Zach treated us with respect and worked hard on meeting our price.

Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. Beach Buick GMC is the best around BY FAR! I have known Ms. Terry in the parts department for decades so when it was time for a new car, she got me in contact with Tyler on the sales team. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. He offered fantastic options based on my vision for wheels, exterior look, etc. they quickly ordered the accessories and the vehicle was ready to pick up in two business weeks. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated the whole way, which I appreciated and makes a difference when you’re not familiar with all the car lingo… He made the whole visit less stressful. Not just that but everyone in the building from start to finish was pleasant to me from the minute I checked in with service, to waiting, to Kaylee at the front desk who helped explain my bill to me! My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
