My experience with Laren wilson at inBeach GMC was great. HE WAS CURious ,friendly and knowledgeable about any questions and concerns I had about their inventory. What a great team here these guys are excellent I worked with Sam excellent guy was able to purchase a new car from test drive to driving home within an hour and half. These guys here work with you to ensure a smooth journey and transition to your new vehicle and are very transparent with the entire process to fully explain everything needed to know. I highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle check these guys out and let them take the work and hassle out of buying a car. I will be returning when the next vehicle is needed just off that one experience.

I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. I inquired about my appointment and he said just come back at 11:00 and we will get you right in. Bought a new 2026 GMC Terrain on May 26 and everyone was amazing. Zach treated us with respect and worked hard on meeting our price.

Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. Also, a big shoutout to sales manager Matt Johnson for helping us as well — great guy! Ron was personable, professional, and made this probably the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend asking for him if you want someone who truly goes above and beyond to put you in the perfect vehicle for your needs!

Beach Buick GMC is the best around BY FAR! I have known Ms. Terry in the parts department for decades so when it was time for a new car, she got me in contact with Tyler on the sales team. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. He offered fantastic options based on my vision for wheels, exterior look, etc. they quickly ordered the accessories and the vehicle was ready to pick up in two business weeks. They offered me an extremely fair amount on my trade-in vehicle and Tyler‘s communication and attention to detail is unmatched! Attaching before and after photos. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Only to find out that the cord I was using was incorrect. All better now!! On top of that he put a new battery in my remote! So I was set! Thank you Tyler for helping me. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. I went into the dealership this morning and was introduced to Alex Pedersen who was the Client Advisor that met with me. I normally don't do recommendations but in this case I do want to acknowledge Alex for his awesome approach to this purchase. Not the usual car buying experience. I had a great experience at Beach GMC specifically their service department. Zack Gruber my service writer did a really good job helping me out. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated the whole way, which I appreciated and makes a difference when you’re not familiar with all the car lingo… He made the whole visit less stressful. Not just that but everyone in the building from start to finish was pleasant to me from the minute I checked in with service, to waiting, to Kaylee at the front desk who helped explain my bill to me! It is very refreshing to see such a well ran business..a dealership at that, we all know how that can be sometimes…I will be recommending Beach GMC from here on out for any car needs… and recommending Zack for service.

At the first meeting he told us about the Beach Buick GMC warranty program and that was another reason we chose to go with the Buick instead of another Mercedes. He was very responsive in answering our questions (which I had a lot!). We also appreciated the hard work ya'll put in to get the exact car we wanted which was not an easy task. Joe at finance was so lovely - he explained things clearly and was so sweet to our son and I really appreciated that. Even after we purchased, they got right back to me on questions and went the extra mile! I was in travels about 3 hours from home and called Beach GMC as my engine light came on in my 2024 GMC Sierra SLT. The associate I talked to understood the urgency and got me in same day and fixed a software issue and ordered a part that got replaced the following week. Since Beach GMC is close to the town I live in, it was super easy and I am completely satisfied. Kate checked me in and was super to work with on both visits. Awesome service!

From the time Donta greeted me in the parking lot in my old car to pulling out of the lot in my new car, I felt at ease and comfortable. My husband I were looking around. Decided to drive to Beach GMC Buick and we were greeted by Desiree. What I liked about her as a sales rep, is she was very genuine! I am a real estate agent, and can smell a rat from a mile away! Dallas was the manager on duty, and was very nice. After the sale, I became more impressed. We drove the vehicle off the lot, and we were due back in for services. We knew before we left the dealer. Mike and Kate were wonderful to deal with. Nick Rahner was my salesman he and the Internet Acquisitions gentleman went above and beyond thier work hours to make a deal for me. Texting me on thier personal time and working a deal from a phone call. Coming in early to for work to get special requests done for my new truck closing. No pressure from anyone at the dealership to do or add on anything from the first phone call to the last paper signed. Also Nick has continued to work with me after the sale just to help me get service dept add ons to my new truck at my requests. He has yet to forward me to someone else in a different dept for an answer. He actually ordered the parts I wanted from service and called me to let me know they were in and ready to install whenever I had time.

Wonderful dealership with very friendly and professional Associates in all departments. During a routine maintenance service appointment for oil change, lube and tire rotation, the Service Department Associate took care of a recall service which I was not even aware existed - saved me time to schedule a separate appointment. Always find car in great condition and clean after each service appointment to date - have been with this dealership for two years now for my 2019 GMC and when my lease is up next year, will look for a replacement vehicle with this same dealership.

Gabriel was absolutely fantastic! I can't speak highly enough about the experience I had with him. He made the process so comfortable and eased all nerves. He was genuine, humble, and very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the car, but was not pushy at all. He was by far the most welcoming person I worked with at the dealership-- had he not been our sales representative, I do not know if I would have continued with the purchase after talking with the financial guy who was a lot pushier and a little smug. We had the pleasure of working with both Desiree Kruse and Jacob Wolff. My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. I'm very pleased with my entire experience. Very highly recommended.

I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
