Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. Also, a big shoutout to sales manager Matt Johnson for helping us as well — great guy! Ron was personable, professional, and made this probably the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend asking for him if you want someone who truly goes above and beyond to put you in the perfect vehicle for your needs!

Beach Buick GMC is the best around BY FAR! I have known Ms. Terry in the parts department for decades so when it was time for a new car, she got me in contact with Tyler on the sales team. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. He offered fantastic options based on my vision for wheels, exterior look, etc. they quickly ordered the accessories and the vehicle was ready to pick up in two business weeks. They offered me an extremely fair amount on my trade-in vehicle and Tyler‘s communication and attention to detail is unmatched! Attaching before and after photos. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Only to find out that the cord I was using was incorrect. All better now!! On top of that he put a new battery in my remote! So I was set! Thank you Tyler for helping me. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. Lane assist will prove to be a driving pleasure for two older people. Gap distance another good feature. 1st trip home 270 miles was comfortable and uneventful. Buck Brockwell

Bought a beautiful 2024 chevy equinox from them. It did have slight damage that was not reported and no one noticed it until after we bought it. I went into the dealership this morning and was introduced to Alex Pedersen who was the Client Advisor that met with me. I normally don't do recommendations but in this case I do want to acknowledge Alex for his awesome approach to this purchase. Not the usual car buying experience. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated the whole way, which I appreciated and makes a difference when you’re not familiar with all the car lingo… He made the whole visit less stressful. Not just that but everyone in the building from start to finish was pleasant to me from the minute I checked in with service, to waiting, to Kaylee at the front desk who helped explain my bill to me! With several Buick stores within 20 miles of each other it’s worth the drive. Wow you walk in they are eager not pushy. Take their time to do a vehicle walk around show you everything. Test drive is a compatible route to every day driving. Management well I’m not going to write names I want you to experience a different way to buy a car. From GM to finance manager are interested yes in helping you make it a wise decision but the first step is go down there. Next step is try to prove me wrong. Wonderful dealership with very friendly and professional Associates in all departments. During a routine maintenance service appointment for oil change, lube and tire rotation, the Service Department Associate took care of a recall service which I was not even aware existed - saved me time to schedule a separate appointment. Always find car in great condition and clean after each service appointment to date - have been with this dealership for two years now for my 2019 GMC and when my lease is up next year, will look for a replacement vehicle with this same dealership.

He was genuine, humble, and very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the car, but was not pushy at all. I am an out of state vacationer. Last Friday afternoon my Cadillac started sputtering. I found Beach Buick on line close to my location. They were very busy but their service team made the time to diagnose my problem. They explained their findings, thought it was junk in gas line which was now out. They left the ticket open for the weekend and told me to come back Monday if I had any other issue. I called them Monday to let them know all seemed to be back to normal and thanked them. 3/27/2024: I just have to give credit to new Service Advisor Kate Terrones. She listened to me describe the annoying transmission-like noise when I drive even after I replaced my Michelin tires (as was previously suggested) with a different Michelin style. She and her mechanic diagnosed the problem as worn front axle hubs. Kate worked with my auto warranty company to cover everything but my $250 deductible. My car was fixed while I waited, and to my delight…no more annoying noise! Thank you Kate for solving this mystery without blaming my tire design/brand like others had done previously.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2023: Had a great experience with Service Advisor Max Moncure! He clearly explained the issue with the front axles on my 2016 Cadillac SRX and worked with my auto warranty company to get about 2/3 of the repair costs covered. This repair was a safety issue so I was quite pleased to get the problem resolved so quickly and easily, with my sincere thanks to Max and his GM-certified mechanic. - Mark VanValkenburg, The Bluffs on the Waterway.

I went to Myrtle Beach Chevrolet to have my Silverado 3500 dually serviced, after waiting two weeks for my appointment when I showed up the woman at the desk just looked at me and said “oh we can’t service a dually, sorry” and walked away. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
