We started using Beach Buick GMC due to the fact that our home base was Beach Chevy & such a distance away from our home. We recently had an oil change here & when our battery died they had us come in immediately & replaced our battery. The whole process went very well. Staff is very helpful & friendly. Would recommend them for any service needs.

Keith, Darren and the other members of Beach GMC were all great to work with. They listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell me more than I wanted. Would recommend giving the sales department a try if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

My husband and I visited Beach Buick GMC in Myrtle Beach SC on March 31 to look at a car they had for sale. The sales associate who helped us was Claudia. In a word, Claudia was fabulous. She took care of all the big and small details so we wouldn't have to like changing our auto insurance to reflect the new car and registering the car in North Carolina where we live. On April 1, my husband took the car back because of an electronics problem. Joe, the Finance Manager, came out to help and immediately solved the problem and gave him some tips about how to use the electronics in the car. It was certainly a pleasure doing business with Beach Buick GMC. We highly recommend them.

Had my first visit to Beach GMC to service my 2024 Acadia. Kate did a great job checking me in and keeping me updated as to the status on my car. The service tech worked out the issue with the check engine light and resolved it. Will definitely return for my next service point.

Our service and parts team did a great job. Dropped the truck off and it was ready within an hour. Part was in stock, quote was promptly provided, repair quickly finished, and keys handed back to me with a smile. Granted, all this was for was a TPMS sensor, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time to be a walk in. Would definitely recommend their service.

I took our 2025 Buick Enclave back to have the Assist Steps installed on the vehicle. They did an amazing job. The new steps look great and really make it easy to enter and exit the vehicle. I just purchased a used vehicle from them 100% remote. They worked with me on arranging a 3rd party inspection, remotely handling paperwork and getting it shipped 2 states away. We recently purchased an Envision Sport Touring (ST) AWD from Beach Buick. The entire experience was exceptional. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly, starting from our sales consultant, Gabriel Hernandez, who we cannot say enough good things about him. Diagnostic was performed on my car because of a malfunction of the sensor light. No repairs made. Without an appointment, I was worked into the morning schedule and was kept informed of the service being provided, cost to repair, etc. Prompt and courteous service.

Everything was explained to me so I could understand what the problem was and the options available to correct the problem. Fortunately the dealership had the part in stock so the repair was made immediately. I also appreciated the email I received from OnStar within a couple minutes after I started the car, the motor stopped and the engine light appeared on the instrument panel. It always amazes me that these things happen within two weeks after my warranty expired!

My sales person Sean was wonderful. The whole team was great, I am however very disappointed in some of the features that are missing on my 2025 Buick Encore Avenir that I had on my 2021 model. The Avenir is supposed to be the top of line Encore, yet it does not offer HUB or speed limit sign recognition, both options were available on my 2021. I don’t understand why these two fairly basic options are not standard on the top of line Avenir model.

Excellent service on my 2020 Buick Encore. Service Rep Tracey went above and beyond to get all my work done on my car and got it mostly all covered under my extended warranty with Carvanna. I ended up just paying a $100 deductible and shop materials.

I was in travels about 3 hours from home and called Beach GMC as my engine light came on in my 2024 GMC Sierra SLT. The associate I talked to understood the urgency and got me in same day and fixed a software issue and ordered a part that got replaced the following week. Since Beach GMC is close to the town I live in, it was super easy and I am completely satisfied. Kate checked me in and was super to work with on both visits. Awesome service!

My husband I were looking around. Decided to drive to Beach GMC Buick and we were greeted by Desiree. What I liked about her as a sales rep, is she was very genuine! I am a real estate agent, and can smell a rat from a mile away! Dallas was the manager on duty, and was very nice. After the sale, I became more impressed. We drove the vehicle off the lot, and we were due back in for services. We knew before we left the dealer. Mike and Kate were wonderful to deal with. Nick Rahner was my salesman he and the Internet Acquisitions gentleman went above and beyond thier work hours to make a deal for me. Texting me on thier personal time and working a deal from a phone call. Coming in early to for work to get special requests done for my new truck closing. No pressure from anyone at the dealership to do or add on anything from the first phone call to the last paper signed. Also Nick has continued to work with me after the sale just to help me get service dept add ons to my new truck at my requests. He has yet to forward me to someone else in a different dept for an answer. He actually ordered the parts I wanted from service and called me to let me know they were in and ready to install whenever I had time.

Wonderful dealership with very friendly and professional Associates in all departments. During a routine maintenance service appointment for oil change, lube and tire rotation, the Service Department Associate took care of a recall service which I was not even aware existed - saved me time to schedule a separate appointment. Always find car in great condition and clean after each service appointment to date - have been with this dealership for two years now for my 2019 GMC and when my lease is up next year, will look for a replacement vehicle with this same dealership.

We came in with a pretty complicated situation, a camper we wanted to trade, a broken-down truck that had been sitting for months after the engine blew, and a baby arriving in just ONE week. We are from Ohio down on vacation. Decided to buy a new truck. Liza showed us a few trucks and we picked one out. The process didn't take all day. Great experience. Liza explained all features of truck and was knowledgeable. The team did great. Even brought us a loaner car a day or 2 later to the campsite so they could do their inspections so we could enjoy our vacation. Great experience. Never had a dealership that was prompt and kept their word on what they would do. Liza and the whole team was great. Best experience ever. Drove truck home back to Ohio pulling 6000 lbs and was all 👍. I would do business with them again.

From there, the customization process was seamless. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I am so thankful that I chose Beach Buick to purchase my first vehicle! After MANY weeks of research, I went to test drive and I ended up leaving with the car I wanted! From start to finish my sales rep, Nick Rahner handled everything even down to adding the vehicle to my insurance policy! Joe the finance manager was also very helpful in giving me a few different options to keep my payment at a reasonable rate. Dallas and Tyler went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted. From the beginning to the end. These guys were absolutely amazing.No pressure from either one of them..Tyler set up my apps for Onstar and My Buick and got my phone paired with the vehicle..Tyler gave me his personal phone number so if I had any questions or need his help with anything I could call him or text him.. My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. I'm very pleased with my entire experience. Very highly recommended.

I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
