We had such an amazing experience with Beach Buick GMC, and we truly can’t thank them enough for helping our family! We worked with Nick Rahner, and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came in with a pretty complicated situation, a camper we wanted to trade, a broken-down truck that had been sitting for months after the engine blew, and a baby arriving in just ONE week. On top of that, my husband is a firefighter, so our schedules have been absolutely crazy. Nick was so patient, understanding, and genuinely worked with us to figure out a solution that made sense for our family. He helped us navigate trading both the camper and the broken-down truck and get into a reliable, working truck that fit within our price range. We never felt pressured, and it really felt like he cared about helping us find something that actually worked for us rather than just making a sale. Evan in finance was also awesome! He worked hard to get everything where we needed it to be financially and made the whole process as smooth as possible. We left feeling so relieved and grateful. With our baby girl arriving any day now, having a reliable second vehicle means so much to our family. And as if the experience couldn’t get any better, they even sent us home with a free hat and tumbler! Huge thank you to Nick, Evan, and everyone at Beach Buick GMC for taking such great care of us. We genuinely appreciate everything you did to help our family during such a hectic and important time in our lives. I have to say just how pleased I am with each Buick GMC. I had the pleasure of working with Liza, Joe, and Gabe. Do not let Liza’s Young age Her customer service skills, and approachability are outstanding. I hope she continues to succeed in this field. Joe was also an excellent communicator, and I truly felt that I got the best deal from such an approachable sales manager. He did not have the arrogance and the pushiness that most in his field do. Gay was extremely fair, and I felt like did a great job explaining different warranty and financing options. Overall, after many vehicles and years of working in the industry, I’m extremely pleased that I took the plunge and purchased from beach Buick GMC.

We are from Ohio down on vacation. Decided to buy a new truck. Liza showed us a few trucks and we picked one out. The process didn't take all day. Great experience. Liza explained all features of truck and was knowledgeable. The team did great. Even brought us a loaner car a day or 2 later to the campsite so they could do their inspections so we could enjoy our vacation. Great experience. Never had a dealership that was prompt and kept their word on what they would do. Liza and the whole team was great. Best experience ever. Drove truck home back to Ohio pulling 6000 lbs and was all 👍. I would do business with them again.

I brought my uncle to Beach GMC today to look at an SUV, and we ended up leaving with a brand-new 2027 GMC Terrain Elevation! The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. What a great team here these guys are excellent I worked with Sam excellent guy was able to purchase a new car from test drive to driving home within an hour and half. These guys here work with you to ensure a smooth journey and transition to your new vehicle and are very transparent with the entire process to fully explain everything needed to know. I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. I inquired about my appointment and he said just come back at 11:00 and we will get you right in. Bought a new 2026 GMC Terrain on May 26 and everyone was amazing. Zach treated us with respect and worked hard on meeting our price.

Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. He even delivered the car to us fully cleaned and with a full tank of gas. He helped get everything set up and explained all the features thoroughly. Beach Buick GMC is the best around BY FAR! I have known Ms. Terry in the parts department for decades so when it was time for a new car, she got me in contact with Tyler on the sales team. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. He offered fantastic options based on my vision for wheels, exterior look, etc. they quickly ordered the accessories and the vehicle was ready to pick up in two business weeks. They offered me an extremely fair amount on my trade-in vehicle and Tyler‘s communication and attention to detail is unmatched! Attaching before and after photos. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Only to find out that the cord I was using was incorrect. All better now!! On top of that he put a new battery in my remote! So I was set! Thank you Tyler for helping me. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!

It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. I came in to check out a vehicle and was met by Tristan, one of the sales associates, who ended up being my salesperson. Very bright and energetic young man, absolute delight to work with. Even though he mentioned he’s only been in this role for a short time, his professionalism and service made it seem like he’d been doing this for years. We have been thinking about getting a new car for awhile as ours is 5 yrs old. The first two times I went in the dealership they weren’t the best but when I went in the 3 rd time I explained what happened to Nick Rahner and he apologized and told me he would take really good care of me. And I can say that’s exactly what he did and beyond his words he did in actions. I told him what I was looking for as far as options and he listened. It was really hot outside and he still took me around the whole lot including their stock in the lot next to the dealership. Every car he thought I would like according to what I was looking for he moved other vehicles to get it out so I could drive it. But they still didn’t have what I was wanting so he got on his computer and found one they just got in and it was GMC Sierra Denali it had so much more then what I could ever imagine. And the dealership stayed opened an hour later just so I could drive my vehicle home that night. So if you ever want someone to listen to everything you want in a vehicle go to Beach GMC and ask for Nick Rahner he will make your dreams come all will his great smile and personality!!

Best car buying experience I ever had in over 45 years of buying cars. Sam, Joe and the crew at Beach were nothing but professional. First time I never had to haggle over price, my trade-in or interest rates. No hidden add-ons, no bait and switch, no wasted time, no games! Some words of advice: do your research before going in. Make a reasonable offer and you will be surprised that it will be accepted without ten trips back and forth to the sales manager. I would advise anyone looking for a Buick or GMC to visit Beach.

Just wanted to say this was a very good experience. I came to the dealership on Wednesday afternoon around 4:15. It was cloudy and I was just looking at vehicles on line and wanted to see them in person. Nick came out and took me to the vehicle. I really liked it and he asked me if I would like to drive it and I said no because of the weather. I told him I had a few other cars to look at. He gave me his card and took my information and he said I hope to see you again. No pressure. I came back on Thursday and we took the car out for a drive. Great car. This review is for their service department only, we bought a used GMC pick up truck from their sister store across the street Beach Ford, we needed a tonneau cover installed and Beach Ford said better to have their GMC dealership install it. I stopped at the GMC dealership, they had to order the cover and called me when they had it, they new we were leaving on a trip shortly and said on my off day Friday they had no appointments and would work me in. When I was there, they said could be 3 hours, luckily they had a very nice waiting room with free water bottles and free snacks, I read my book for about an hour and the lady (I forget her name, from service department) came into waiting room about an hour later and told me my vehicle was ready. Great service dept and customer service.

He made sure that we were comfortable and provided us with all options available to us financially. He let us test drive used and new cars to help us narrow down our search without pressuring us to make a purchase that day. A couple had just finished test driving a GMC Terrain which caught our eye, so we asked Sean if we could take it for a test drive. He told us it was no problem, got the keys, and we had found our match. This car had just come in, and multiple people were taking interest in it. Due to us getting ready to start a family, the car was the perfect fit for us in terms of comfortability, space, and the performance of the engine. After letting Sean know that this car was the one for us, he broke down the financial options while making us feel like family. It didn't stop there; the finance manager did an amazing job as well. He was able to find us a better rate, recommend us the best protection plan for the vehicle, and provided us with scenarios. Looking back at the overall experience, we were meant to visit this dealership because everything aligned perfectly. We love our new car and will definitely be sending other people looking to purchase a car Sean's way.

My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. I'm very pleased with my entire experience. Very highly recommended.

I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
