We went to Beach Buick GMC to see a sale manager friend Matt, he was absent. Sean Young stated what is your budget and lets go inside and see what we can do for you. Less than an hour later they told what SUV fit our budget and an hour later we signed papers. Best Experience Ever!!

Purchased a very nice used 2022 Buick Envision for my wife here. Desiree and Evan went over and above to insure we got all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I was allowed to bring the vehicle home so that my wife could test drive the car due to a work hours to dealership hours conflict. After a fair negotiation, we did indeed purchase the car. Desiree took all the time needed to make sure my wife was familiar and more importantly comfortable with all the tech and features of the car before we left the lot. We look forward to the same expert level of service when we may need to bring the car in for service. Huge thanks to the entire Beach Buick/GMC team!

I had a scheduled appointment and arrived a little early, but had a wonderful experience at Beach Buick, everyone was absolutely wonderful. I came in to check out a vehicle and was met by Tristan, one of the sales associates, who ended up being my salesperson. Very bright and energetic young man, absolute delight to work with. I had previously communicated with Dallas, which was the general manager, but Tristan was given the task of assisting me. Well I did do a test drive and was happy I did. Its a great car and the entire purchase experience was painless lol. Thank you all for a no pressure, no stress transaction. This is the second vehicle we've purchased from Beach and I highly recommend them. Great people, make you feel like family.

We had a great experience buying our new GMC Sierra 1500 working with Sam. Even though he mentioned he’s only been in this role for a short time, his professionalism and service made it seem like he’d been doing this for years. Any question we asked that he didn’t know right away, he took the time to quickly find the answer. The dealership was very busy yesterday, but Sam and the entire team still made sure we never felt rushed and that we were completely happy with our purchase. From start to finish, and even when we drove away in our new truck, the attention and care were excellent. Great experience all around – highly recommend working with Sam!

I have been contemplating purchasing a new car for some time now so I had been searching a few websites for vehicles I was interested in. After many emails and phone calls from them, I decided to just get in my car and make a visit to Beach GMC unannounced. Once I arrived, I got out my car and headed in the direction of what I was looking for and was greeted by Tristan. He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. He wasn’t pushy at all and was very helpful in assisting me with making my decision. He answered all of my questions as well. I’d recommend him if you ever visit. Joe in the finance department was also very helpful and after some negotiation on the terms of my loan, I was able to buy the car I wanted. He was also great to deal with as well. We have been thinking about getting a new car for awhile as ours is 5 yrs old. My daughter had recently purchased a new Buick from Beach Buick and after seeing the vehicle she purchased, we decided to go to Beach Buick to see if they had a Buick that fit our needs. The salesperson (Desiree) who greeted us when we entered was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She showed us 2 different models that fit our needs and after deciding on the one we wanted, she brought her Sales Manager out to meet us and he gave us a great deal. Desiree then suggested she would get all the paperwork done so we could just come back the next day to pick up our new Buick Envista. We were very satisfied with Beach Buick and highly recommend this Dealer.

I went to this dealership to rescue my spouse from the service dept. Had no intention of even looking at cars. I’m still shocked I left with a Buick Envision! The first two times I went in the dealership they weren’t the best but when I went in the 3 rd time I explained what happened to Nick Rahner and he apologized and told me he would take really good care of me. And I can say that’s exactly what he did and beyond his words he did in actions. I told him what I was looking for as far as options and he listened. It was really hot outside and he still took me around the whole lot including their stock in the lot next to the dealership. Every car he thought I would like according to what I was looking for he moved other vehicles to get it out so I could drive it. But they still didn’t have what I was wanting so he got on his computer and found one they just got in and it was GMC Sierra Denali it had so much more then what I could ever imagine. And the dealership stayed opened an hour later just so I could drive my vehicle home that night. So if you ever want someone to listen to everything you want in a vehicle go to Beach GMC and ask for Nick Rahner he will make your dreams come all will his great smile and personality!!

Best car buying experience I ever had in over 45 years of buying cars. Sam, Joe and the crew at Beach were nothing but professional. First time I never had to haggle over price, my trade-in or interest rates. No hidden add-ons, no bait and switch, no wasted time, no games! Some words of advice: do your research before going in. Make a reasonable offer and you will be surprised that it will be accepted without ten trips back and forth to the sales manager. I would advise anyone looking for a Buick or GMC to visit Beach.

I had been thinking of buying a new car for months and had spent hours searching when I came across what I was looking for at Beach Buick GMC and the price online was within what I was wanting to spend. As soon as I pulled up and got out of the car Donta greeted me with a genuine smile and offer to help. He told me many times throughout our interaction that his goal was to make sure I kept my smile and he absolutely delivered. A week after my purchase and I’m still smiling! After the stress of towing, hours wasted at the mechanics, we finally decided to waok through the doors of Beach GMC, and there we found 2 angels...Desiree and Evan. These 2 people made the less than pleasant experience, wonderful. I can not say enough great through about these 2 individuals. They were kind, understanding, and best of all EMPATHETIC. Just wanted to say this was a very good experience. I came to the dealership on Wednesday afternoon around 4:15. It was cloudy and I was just looking at vehicles on line and wanted to see them in person. Nick came out and took me to the vehicle. I really liked it and he asked me if I would like to drive it and I said no because of the weather. I told him I had a few other cars to look at. He gave me his card and took my information and he said I hope to see you again. No pressure. I came back on Thursday and we took the car out for a drive. Great car. My car had been totaled and I was driving a rental. He said he would pick me up after the sale so I could return the car. Also Evan was great. He explained all my loan options and the extra warranties. Both gentlemen were very professional and made me feel very welcome. You have great people working for you.

This review is for their service department only, we bought a used GMC pick up truck from their sister store across the street Beach Ford, we needed a tonneau cover installed and Beach Ford said better to have their GMC dealership install it. I stopped at the GMC dealership, they had to order the cover and called me when they had it, they new we were leaving on a trip shortly and said on my off day Friday they had no appointments and would work me in. When I was there, they said could be 3 hours, luckily they had a very nice waiting room with free water bottles and free snacks, I read my book for about an hour and the lady (I forget her name, from service department) came into waiting room about an hour later and told me my vehicle was ready. Great service dept and customer service.

Tremendous sales/purchase experience with sales rep. Sean Young. Was expecting a lot of sales pressure going in, but it never happened. Sean was helpful in comparing the pros and cons of various vehicles, both GMC and other manufacturers, which resulted in my purchase. No hard sell in the finance department either. Walked in with the intention of buying a vehicle and drove out the same day with a new one.

Ron Forehand at Beach Buick GMC went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect car for our business. We chose the Buick Encore GX Sport, and it is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend the Buick's. Ron took the time to do trunk measurements to make sure it would hold all the items we needed for our business, which really showed how much he cared about finding the right fit for us. What a smooth transaction from start to finish, especially considering I was specifically shopping for a custom vehicle. Tyler and I chose an option on the lot that had all of the basics already. From there, the customization process was seamless. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. That’s where I met Tyler who went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind and really worked hard trying to figure out why my maps wasn’t working. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. It helped that i knew exactly what i wanted and finance comparison. Tyler and Dallas worked well together. Dallas was recommended by (forgot name) beach chevrolet N Myrtle Beach. Choice of colors atvthis dealership helped with decision even though i live in Va but an extended snowbird regular in N Myrtle Beach. Wife likes color and features. My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.

Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. Jamal took extra special care of it and it looks and smells brand new, like it did when I first drove it out of the dealership. It's absolutely gorgeous looking. I'm very pleased with my entire experience. Very highly recommended.

I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
