I did not do do business with them. I picked up my sister(Kay Calhoun) up from there. She was having her vehicle serviced that she had purchased with them. She seemed to be very pleased with the service and the sales person that sold her the vehicle.

Upon entering the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Loren, who inquired about my requirements. I provided him with a detailed description of the vehicle I sought, and he, along with Joe, immediately commenced efforts to procure the exact model I desired. Despite conducting numerous searches on the GMC website for the vehicle specifications I was interested in, I found no listings on their respective lots or inventories. My searches had persisted for months, during which I occasionally encountered vehicles that closely resembled my specifications, but none met my exact requirements. Throughout this process, I maintained numerous contacts with dealerships. However, it was James at Beach Buick GMC, whom I had communicated with via email regarding a potential visit to their dealership, who ultimately guided me to the right decision. Additionally, I had a vehicle that I intended to trade in and was seeking a fair trade-in value. I queried several other dealerships and even GMC regarding trade value, and GMC’s offer was fair. However, the other dealerships offered significantly lower prices. I also explored Carvana and Carmax and consulted the Kelly Blue Book to determine the exact value of my vehicle. Within minutes, Loren and Joe identified the exact vehicle I was seeking at a very fair price. They presented me with a trade offer on my vehicle that aligned with the trade values of GMC, Carvana, and Carmax. They informed me that they would acquire my new vehicle from another dealership and provided me with a precise delivery timeline. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Beach Buick GMC. It was an exceptional experience.

From there, the customization process was seamless. I was having some problems with my GPS in my Buick Encore. Being that I’m not a techie I thought it best to go where they knew what they were doing. Ron and Bryant were both super helpful and made the process very easy! The manager Dallas was very nice as well along with the rest of the staff as I had a one year old with me who was over car shopping all day and wanted to burn some energy while we did the paperwork. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was very clean and smelled nice compared to some of the other places we looked which is important for first impressions and shows the effort put in. Would definitely shop here again as they were able to keep us in the price range we wanted and get a good interest rate. 10/10 recommend!
