The sales process was so easy.

Had my first visit to Beach GMC to service my 2024 Acadia. Kate did a great job checking me in and keeping me updated as to the status on my car. The service tech worked out the issue with the check engine light and resolved it. Will definitely return for my next service point.

Our service and parts team did a great job. Dropped the truck off and it was ready within an hour. Part was in stock, quote was promptly provided, repair quickly finished, and keys handed back to me with a smile. Granted, all this was for was a TPMS sensor, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time to be a walk in. Would definitely recommend their service.

I took our 2025 Buick Enclave back to have the Assist Steps installed on the vehicle. They did an amazing job. The new steps look great and really make it easy to enter and exit the vehicle. I particularly want to thank Katie and all the staff of the Service Department. Very happy with the service. Would definitively give Beach Buick my highest rating!

Speedy, friendly service every time

I just purchased a used vehicle from them 100% remote. They worked with me on arranging a 3rd party inspection, remotely handling paperwork and getting it shipped 2 states away. Robert and Gabriel in the sales department were both prompt when responding and upfront during negotiations. Overall a great experience.

We recently purchased an Envision Sport Touring (ST) AWD from Beach Buick. The entire experience was exceptional. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly, starting from our sales consultant, Gabriel Hernandez, who we cannot say enough good things about him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles that we were interested in, explaining and answering all our questions, but something that also impressed us were his manners. He was extremely polite and respectful. Thank you, Dallas and Joe, also for working with us in a very professional manner.

Diagnostic was performed on my car because of a malfunction of the sensor light. No repairs made. Without an appointment, I was worked into the morning schedule and was kept informed of the service being provided, cost to repair, etc. Prompt and courteous service.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and work was done in a timely manner. I was treated with respect Would highly recommend!

Came to Myrtle Beach on vacation ended up leaving with a new truck thanks to our Amazing salesman Donta M.L.Hunt this guy was totally awesome from the greeting to the thanks for allowing me the pleasure of working with you He went over and above to make sure the the truck my husband purchased was the best fit for him no pressure he took the time to get to know him and what he was looking for in a truck explaining everything step my step as we were from out of state (VA) I see why this man was salesman of the month so many times it shows in his attitude he loves whst he does it's not about the commission for him and if it is you wouldn't know it we went to another dealership before stopping by Beach Buick GMC and so glad me made the second stop. This is a shout out and recommendation for Beach GMC.  I want to thank Nick Desmond for a job well done.  Nick is a great salesman.  Dallas worked out a great deal and Mark finalized the financing expeditiously.  I have been using the Service Dept for 4 years and now I had the pleasure of buying a car from Beach GMC with the excellent work of Nick Desmond along with Dallas and Mark.  Great job guys and thank you for making me a very happy GMC owner.  This is my 5th GMC vehicle.

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase.  After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around.  When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner.  The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue.  Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns.  I appreciate the customer service.

My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.
