I am so thankful that I chose Beach Buick to purchase my first vehicle! After MANY weeks of research, I went to test drive and I ended up leaving with the car I wanted! From start to finish my sales rep, Nick Rahner handled everything even down to adding the vehicle to my insurance policy! Joe the finance manager was also very helpful in giving me a few different options to keep my payment at a reasonable rate. Dallas and Tyler went above and beyond to find me the vehicle I wanted. From the beginning to the end. These guys were absolutely amazing.No pressure from either one of them..Tyler set up my apps for Onstar and My Buick and got my phone paired with the vehicle..Tyler gave me his personal phone number so if I had any questions or need his help with anything I could call him or text him.. Bought a beautiful 2024 chevy equinox from them. It did have slight damage that was not reported and no one noticed it until after we bought it. But they were willing to fix it and make it right and they did. You'd never know by looking at it that the paint was ever chipped. Very nice people to deal with. Bought a beautiful 2024 chevy equinox from them. It did have slight damage that was not reported and no one noticed it until after we bought it. But they were willing to fix it and make it right and they did. You'd never know by looking at it that the paint was ever chipped. Very nice people to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone we know who needs a car.

I went into the dealership this morning and was introduced to Alex Pedersen who was the Client Advisor that met with me. I normally don't do recommendations but in this case I do want to acknowledge Alex for his awesome approach to this purchase. Not the usual car buying experience. Alex was extremely professional and gave me a very fair offer the first time with no "bull" and no pressure. He and his manager Dallas Maxwell did an outstanding job and I highly recommend. I had an oil change at 10:00, but due to the recent storm they were not opening until 11:00. When I got there at 10:00 an employee informed me of this. I inquired about my appointment and he said just come back at 11:00 and we will get you right in.

I had a great experience at Beach GMC specifically their service department. Zack Gruber my service writer did a really good job helping me out. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated the whole way, which I appreciated and makes a difference when you’re not familiar with all the car lingo… He made the whole visit less stressful. Not just that but everyone in the building from start to finish was pleasant to me from the minute I checked in with service, to waiting, to Kaylee at the front desk who helped explain my bill to me! It is very refreshing to see such a well ran business..a dealership at that, we all know how that can be sometimes…I will be recommending Beach GMC from here on out for any car needs… and recommending Zack for service.

From Kate at the service desk to the techs in the bays, like Matt, you can not find a better place. They don't just pull parts and replace until it fixes it. With several Buick stores within 20 miles of each other it’s worth the drive. Wow you walk in they are eager not pushy. Take their time to do a vehicle walk around show you everything. Test drive is a compatible route to every day driving. Management well I’m not going to write names I want you to experience a different way to buy a car. From GM to finance manager are interested yes in helping you make it a wise decision but the first step is go down there. Next step is try to prove me wrong. Purchased a very nice used 2022 Buick Envision for my wife here. Desiree and Evan went over and above to insure we got all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I was allowed to bring the vehicle home so that my wife could test drive the car due to a work hours to dealership hours conflict. After a fair negotiation, we did indeed purchase the car. Desiree took all the time needed to make sure my wife was familiar and more importantly comfortable with all the tech and features of the car before we left the lot. But they were willing to fix it and make it right and they did. You'd never know by looking at it that the paint was ever chipped. Very nice people to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone we know who needs a car.

I had a great experience at Beach GMC specifically their service department. Zack Gruber my service writer did a really good job helping me out. He took the time to explain everything, kept me updated the whole way, which I appreciated and makes a difference when you’re not familiar with all the car lingo… He made the whole visit less stressful. Not just that but everyone in the building from start to finish was pleasant to me from the minute I checked in with service, to waiting, to Kaylee at the front desk who helped explain my bill to me! It is very refreshing to see such a well ran business..a dealership at that, we all know how that can be sometimes…I will be recommending Beach GMC from here on out for any car needs… and recommending Zack for service.

With several Buick stores within 20 miles of each other it’s worth the drive. Wow you walk in they are eager not pushy. Take their time to do a vehicle walk around show you everything. Test drive is a compatible route to every day driving. Management well I’m not going to write names I want you to experience a different way to buy a car. My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. Bought my 2016 Buick Regal brand new from Hyatt Buick, which is now Beach Buick. They have always taken excellent care of my car. Mike and Tracey and the technicians are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Today I brought my car in to be detailed. I was riding by Hyatt dealership and spotted a car that i admired. I spoke with Anthony F who arranged a test drive. I liked the car and I liked the valuation of my car. The office manager arranged the transfer of my plates and also the registration of my new car and I left with new car in about 2 hrs.. Later that week I noticed a strip of chrome on a door had come loose. I took it in and they repaired the small defect at no charge. I am very satisfied with the dealership and will reccommend them to all.
