My husband I were looking around. Decided to drive to Beach GMC Buick and we were greeted by Desiree. What I liked about her as a sales rep, is she was very genuine! I am a real estate agent, and can smell a rat from a mile away! Dallas was the manager on duty, and was very nice. After the sale, I became more impressed. We drove the vehicle off the lot, and we were due back in for services. We knew before we left the dealer. Mike and Kate were wonderful to deal with. I was given a loaner, and our service was done quickly, and I’m in love with my car and with the staff!! Great experiences all around! Thanks Desiree, Dallas, Mike, and Kate!

I went into the dealership this morning and was introduced to Alex Pedersen who was the Client Advisor that met with me. I normally don't do recommendations but in this case I do want to acknowledge Alex for his awesome approach to this purchase. Not the usual car buying experience. Alex was extremely professional and gave me a very fair offer the first time with no "bull" and no pressure. He and his manager Dallas Maxwell did an outstanding job and I highly recommend. I've purchased many cars in my days and this was the best buying experience ever. Thanks Alex and Dallas.

Jacob was great! Answered all of my questions. Explained everything along the way and was not pushy. I would definitely refer friends!

Nick Rahner was my salesman he and the Internet Acquisitions gentleman went above and beyond thier work hours to make a deal for me. Texting me on thier personal time and working a deal from a phone call. Coming in early to for work to get special requests done for my new truck closing. No pressure from anyone at the dealership to do or add on anything from the first phone call to the last paper signed. Also Nick has continued to work with me after the sale just to help me get service dept add ons to my new truck at my requests. He has yet to forward me to someone else in a different dept for an answer. He actually ordered the parts I wanted from service and called me to let me know they were in and ready to install whenever I had time.

The team did a great job from my search online to the final deal. Desiree and Mark went above and beyond!! Thanks so much !

The Team and Bryant Morales our salesman, was in continuous contact with us as I was awaiting the truck to be built and delivered from the factory. He explained how the license plates were issued in South Carolina, which is new to us. This dealership is friendly and addresses your concerns.

Came to Myrtle Beach on vacation ended up leaving with a new truck thanks to our Amazing salesman Donta M.L.Hunt this guy was totally awesome from the greeting to the thanks for allowing me the pleasure of working with you He went over and above to make sure the the truck my husband purchased was the best fit for him no pressure he took the time to get to know him and what he was looking for in a truck explaining everything step my step as we were from out of state (VA) I see why this man was salesman of the month so many times it shows in his attitude he loves whst he does it's not about the commission for him and if it is you wouldn't know it we went to another dealership before stopping by Beach Buick GMC and so glad me made the second stop. This is a shout out and recommendation for Beach GMC.  I want to thank Nick Desmond for a job well done.  Nick is a great salesman.  Dallas worked out a great deal and Mark finalized the financing expeditiously.  I have been using the Service Dept for 4 years and now I had the pleasure of buying a car from Beach GMC with the excellent work of Nick Desmond along with Dallas and Mark.  Great job guys and thank you for making me a very happy GMC owner.  This is my 5th GMC vehicle.

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase.  After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around.  When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner.  The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue.  Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns.  I appreciate the customer service.

My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.
