Could not have had a better salesman than Frank. He was the coolest, most knowledgeable person I have ever met. Wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell my car for something totally different. Frank helped me understand the savings and expenses that come with the car. If you want to buy a car, go to Beach Buick GMC. Ask for Frank and he will give you all the time you’ve been waiting for. Charged 4 hours for a 2.5 hour job. Won’t go back!

Had transmission issues while in town for vacation. They were able to get me in the schedule quickly and get us set and back on the road. Everyone was friendly and professional. They definately saved our vacation.

Gabriel was absolutely fantastic! I can't speak highly enough about the experience I had with him. He made the process so comfortable and eased all nerves. He was genuine, humble, and very easy to talk to. He was knowledgeable about the car, but was not pushy at all. Thank you to Gabriel for making my first time buying a car on my own the best possible experience. He was by far the most welcoming person I worked with at the dealership-- had he not been our sales representative, I do not know if I would have continued with the purchase after talking with the financial guy who was a lot pushier and a little smug. (I am in the sales industry so I do somewhat get it) However, Gabe went above and beyond for me and I was happy to purchase from him. He even sealed the deal by buying me a coke zero for my drive home in my brand new Buick Envista!

Friendly staff, no pressure-Bryant listened closely to our needs and responded respectfully. Painless Purchase procedure. Yes, I would return to this dealer for future needs.

He patiently took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me several options without making me feel pressured. This was the first time I visited Beach Buick. I was very pleased with the overall experience and very happy with the vehicle that I purchased.

Had a problem with my 1st purchase, Beach worked hard to rectify the situation and get me another Sierra. From Desiree my client advisor, Matt the sale manager, David the service manager to Dallas the general manager, I appreciate all of their help getting me back on the road.

This is a shout out and recommendation for Beach GMC.  I want to thank Nick Desmond for a job well done.  Nick is a great salesman.  Dallas worked out a great deal and Mark finalized the financing expeditiously.  I have been using the Service Dept for 4 years and now I had the pleasure of buying a car from Beach GMC with the excellent work of Nick Desmond along with Dallas and Mark.  Great job guys and thank you for making me a very happy GMC owner.  This is my 5th GMC vehicle.

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase.  After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around.  When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner.  The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue.  Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns.  I appreciate the customer service.

My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.
