We recently purchased an Envision Sport Touring (ST) AWD from Beach Buick. The entire experience was exceptional. Everyone was professional, courteous, and friendly, starting from our sales consultant, Gabriel Hernandez, who we cannot say enough good things about him. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles that we were interested in, explaining and answering all our questions, but something that also impressed us were his manners. He was extremely polite and respectful. Thank you, Dallas and Joe, also for working with us in a very professional manner.

Diagnostic was performed on my car because of a malfunction of the sensor light. No repairs made. Without an appointment, I was worked into the morning schedule and was kept informed of the service being provided, cost to repair, etc. Prompt and courteous service.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and work was done in a timely manner. I was treated with respect Would highly recommend!

My sales person Sean was wonderful. The whole team was great, I am however very disappointed in some of the features that are missing on my 2025 Buick Encore Avenir that I had on my 2021 model. The Avenir is supposed to be the top of line Encore, yet it does not offer HUB or speed limit sign recognition, both options were available on my 2021. I don’t understand why these two fairly basic options are not standard on the top of line Avenir model.

Excellent service on my 2020 Buick Encore. Service Rep Tracey went above and beyond to get all my work done on my car and got it mostly all covered under my extended warranty with Carvanna. I ended up just paying a $100 deductible and shop materials.

I usually despise the car buying experience because of the lack of transparency but this time everything was alot easier and more palatable! Jacob was very professional and a very good salesperson to work with.

He took time to show us different cars and make sure we felt good about the purchase. I felt Gabe took the proper time to assure our satisfaction with the purchasing decision. The Finance person, Mark was great to work with also. Definitely a very positive experience. Would absolutely return in the future if we need another vehicle!

Came to Myrtle Beach on vacation ended up leaving with a new truck thanks to our Amazing salesman Donta M.L.Hunt this guy was totally awesome from the greeting to the thanks for allowing me the pleasure of working with you He went over and above to make sure the the truck my husband purchased was the best fit for him no pressure he took the time to get to know him and what he was looking for in a truck explaining everything step my step as we were from out of state (VA) I see why this man was salesman of the month so many times it shows in his attitude he loves whst he does it's not about the commission for him and if it is you wouldn't know it we went to another dealership before stopping by Beach Buick GMC and so glad me made the second stop. If we are ever in need of another vacation vehicle purchase we will contact Donta Hunt again Top Notch Salesman and great guy. This is a shout out and recommendation for Beach GMC.  I want to thank Nick Desmond for a job well done.  Nick is a great salesman.  Dallas worked out a great deal and Mark finalized the financing expeditiously.  I have been using the Service Dept for 4 years and now I had the pleasure of buying a car from Beach GMC with the excellent work of Nick Desmond along with Dallas and Mark.  Great job guys and thank you for making me a very happy GMC owner.  This is my 5th GMC vehicle.

I feel like I received a fair deal on my trade and on my Mercedes Benz purchase.  After the purchase, I noticed an issue that I had not seen in my initial walk-around.  When I brought this to their attention, the General Manager, Dallas Maxwell, corrected the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner.  The service manager was informative and patient, taking the time to explain the initial issue.  Mr. Maxwell stated that he wanted only happy customers, so he did not hesitate the address my concerns.  I appreciate the customer service.

My service customer representative, Brandon Vaughn was the best representative I have ever the opportunity to work with when purchasing a car and I have been purchasing cars for 45 years. He went above and beyond to help me . He spent extra time researching whether the car I was interested in could be flat towed by an rv and if it met the weight requirement. He persisted to find the answer to our question. Brandon is very personable and a good listener. It is obvious that he cares about his customers and wants to help them reach their goals of buying a car that meets their needs.
