Here's how to operate the Multipro tailgate on your GMC truck:

Locking and Unlocking Your Multipro Tailgate.

To lock your Multipro tailgate, press and hold the tailgate button for approximately seven seconds. When the brake lights blink the tailgate is locked.

To unlock your Multipro tailgate, press and hold the button again for approximately seven seconds. When the break lights blink the tailgate in unlocked.
